《骷髏王》是一款吃墩機制的桌遊，在遊戲中，你需要預測每一輪贏得的確切墩數。在與對手競爭的同時，努力達成自己的下注......同時抓住時機讓你的對手落敗！遊戲結束時，分數最高的海盜獲勝，榮登七大洋海盜之首！

遊戲共有十輪。第一輪會給每位玩家各1張牌、第二輪2張牌，以此類推，只有下注準確才能獲得該輪的分數；如果你預測錯誤，即使誤差只有1也會被扣分。另外一個獲得分數方法是使用特定的牌擒獲對手，又或是拿到14號牌。

十輪後最高分者獲勝。
