1. What is the advantages of joining the online membership system?

Jolly Thinkers has launched an online membership system on 12th May, 2020 to upgrade its membership service. The major upgrades are as follows:

Synchronized data: The membership systems across the two Jolly Thinkers store retail and in-store boardgaming service, together with its online shop on this site are integrated. A member signing up on any of the three platforms immediately has their membership data synchronized to the other two platforms, which allows them to enjoy their privileges including discount rates, reward points and store credits.
Manage anytime: Members can log into the account anytime via this site to manage their personal account and view its details.
Easy registration: Members can easily credit every transaction to their account with their telephone number or email without having to present a physical member card.

2. What privileges do members enjoy?

All members receive $5 store credits* for every spending of HKD200 in one bill, valid for 6 months.
Members will receive an additional $28 store credit* as a gift, valid for 1 month, on their birthday.
Basic Member:

Start to enjoy the right to use our in-store boardgaming service with friends.
Spend a total of at least HKD1000 within 6 months from the date of registration to be promoted as a Jolly Buddy.

Enjoy 10% off any purchases.
Spend a total of at least HKD1000 within 6 months from the date of upgrade to maintain your Buddy membership.
Spend a total of at least HKD2000 within 6 months from the date of upgrade to be promoted as a Jolly VIP (Very Important Player).

Enjoy 15% off any purchases.
Spend a total of at least HKD2000 within 6 months from the date of upgrade to maintain your VIP membership.

In case of downgrading to the next lower level of membership, all store credits still remain valid until their expiry dates. (No more downgrading at Basic Member; no more upgrading at Jolly VIP.)

*All store credits can only be redeemed with orders of a minimum of HKD100 and cannot be cashed.

3. How can I register or login as a member?

Online application – click onto “Log In” on the upper right menu bar, then “Sign up”, and fill in the details required (You must check the box to agree to the shop’s Term of Use and Privacy Policy). Click “Sign me up!” to finish.
After registering successfully, an SMS or email notification will be sent to you.
For later logging in -- click onto “Log In” on the upper right menu bar, then “Sign in”, fill in the details required and click “Let’s go!” to finish.
After logging in, click onto “Account” on the upper right menu bar to view details about your account.
