在進食時段，玩家輪流出牌進食，先吃和後吃食物也會對身體有不同的影響，究竟影響是好是壞？就要靠玩家巧妙安排。

Clever Fit is about cleverlychoosing different foods to regulate your food needs over three meals in such away that you can eat as balanced a diet as possible throughout the day. Eatinga few sweets is allowed but if you overdo it you’ll quickly end up in the redzone – then only sportscan help.
