User Guide

Shopping Procedures

Step 1

Register as a member and log into your account.  This step can also be done upon payment.  If membership is not preferred, skip this step.

* Jolly Thinkers has launched a new membership system that integrates registrations via both its virtual and physical stores since 15th April, 2020.  Members who have already completed the once-for-all registration can enjoy their privileges across all these platforms.

* Members who registered before 15th April 2020 and would like to convert their membership into the new system are invited to bring their membership card, by its expiry date, and complete the required procedures in Jolly Thinkers Wanchai/ Prince Edward.

 

Step 2

Click onto the goods you want to buy and then “Add to Cart”.

 

Step 3

To finish shopping, click onto “Cart” and check its contents.  Edit if necessary, and proceed to “Checkout” if all items are correct.

  

Step 4

Fill in the delivery and payment details and click “Proceed to Checkout”.

 

Step 5

Complete the payment procedures and click “Place Order”.  A reference number will be given for further enquiry.

 

Step 6

Your order will be dispatched within three days via SF Express.  Delivery to industrial and commercial districts normally takes 2 working days, and an address in a residential or remote area usually takes longer.  In-store pick-ups are free of delivery charges.

 

 

Delivery

Delivery: In case of unattended delivery or wrong address that causes a return of order from the courier, the customers are responsible for any additional cost incurred.

In-store pick-up: Owing to limited storage space, all paid orders will only be kept for 30 days after the transaction is confirmed.  Uncollected orders beyond this will be cancelled without refund nor further notice.


Delivery Charges

In-store pick-up: Free

Commercial and industrial districts in Hong Kong: HKD30 for first kg, HKD6 per consecutive 0.5kg (additional cost applies to residential and remote districts)

Other regions: upon quotation

Note: Information of product weights listed on this site may reflect adjustments made to include minimal but necessary packaging.  


Stock

Product stock shown on this site shares with that of one of our physical stores and is synced in real time with our best efforts.  In case of any failure that prevents us from fulfilling your orders, a refund for the affected items is guaranteed.  


Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items with deposits are guaranteed with a refund or exchange if they are not available in 3 months upon payment.


Return

We guarantee to parcel intactly-packaged items with protective materials before dispatching them for delivery.  If any defects on the packaging are noticed upon receipt of your order, you should insist on checking the contents in witness of the courier and request for return with photos as proof in case of any problems.  No application for return and refund is accepted after the delivery is accepted.  


Missing Components

If missing components are noticed before your first use, please contact us as soon as possible.  If it is a product published by Jolly Thinkers, we will provide the replacement pieces immediately.

 

If the product is published by a third party, according to our experience, they usually respond to end-users more promptly via their website nor email requests.  In case our assistance is needed, we would be glad to help but it may take a little more time.  Once the product is used, we do not offer free replacement pieces.
